Who I AM
I'm Ana Ortiz, an intuitive artist, educator, spiritual-intuitive coach, energy healer, and nature guide, and I help others reconnect with their inner wisdom, restore balance, and live with greater clarity and purpose. My work blends spiritual coaching, energy healing, creative expression, and nature-based practices to guide people back to themselves.
My path to this work began through my own healing. After navigating deep emotional challenges and personal transformation, I discovered the power of stillness, intuition, and creativity to move through pain and into alignment. These practices brought me home to myself, and revealed my purpose.
Through Focus Works, I hold space for others to quiet the noise, realign their energy, and trust the voice within. With compassion, presence, and intuitive insight, I support each person’s journey of self-discovery and authentic living.
This isn’t just my work, it’s my calling. And I’m honored to walk alongside those who are ready to awaken their inner wisdom and step into the life they were meant to live.

I signed up for Yoga Teacher Training to deepen my connection to yoga. The experience opened my heart to the 8 Limbs of Yoga and planted the first seed of my spiritual journey.
At nine months pregnant, my partner left me and my two children. My world fell apart, yet this became the spark of my transformation.
Introduced to Esther Hicks by a dear friend. Abraham’s teachings helped me rise from despair to optimism, shaping my path as a conscious creator.
Traveled to multiple Esther Hicks events, learning that my energy shapes my reality. I released victimhood and embraced the power of creation.
Displayed my first artwork at Hardy & Nance Studios, finally seeing myself as the artist I always was.
Illustrated six children’s books with Smile Outside and completed The Artist and the Work, an intuitive art series that mirrored my healing.

2024 — The Call of the Guru
Kandersteg, Switzerland
Met my guru, Master Sri Avinash, on a spiritual pilgrimage in the Swiss Alps. Through meditation and divine wisdom, I deepened my connection with Source and my life’s purpose.
2025 — Becoming the Coach
Completed Jay Shetty’s Life Coaching Certification, officially stepping into my role as a certified Life Coach.
2025 — The Path of the Healer
Began Master Sri Avinash’s Become a Great Healer Masterclass, deepening my understanding of energy and spiritual healing.
2025 — The Great Transformation
Manderscheid, Germany
Joined a 3-week Spiritual Immersion Retreat with my Guru. Through sacred teachings, meditation, and Satori transmissions, I awakened my true calling, to guide others toward peace, healing, and self-realization.
The Present Moment
I continue to go within, guided by my Guru and my own inner wisdom. Each layer I release brings me closer to my true essence and strengthens my ability to serve others. Through focus, intention, and alignment, I embody the same principles I share through Focus Works, quieting the noise, listening deeply, and trusting the wisdom within. My purpose in this lifetime is to help others return to their center, where healing and transformation begin.
